Jeff Garlin is departing ABC’s smash program “The Goldbergs.” Still, it appears that he was fired following a human resources investigation into complaints that he was “emotionally abusive” and intimidating to employees.

Other set witnesses alleged he used his influence to bully, embarrass, and belittle a couple who worked together on the program, and that was the final straw, according to Deadline.
