After the release of My Unorthodox Life fans have been wondering about Julia Haart and why she is so skinny.

The second season of My Unorthodox Life has made a good comeback. Haarts, a former ultra-Orthodox Jewish family, was first introduced to us in Season 1. They are adjusting to life in Manhattan while coming to grips with the life they left behind. Julia, the mother, with her children Aron, Batsheva, Miriam, Shlomo, and Miri.

The season has a lot to offer and comes with new drama and events. However, the new season left the fans focused on something else other than the plot. The fans have been wondering about Julia and her weight. Fans noticed she looked skinny in the new season and started wondering if Julia is suffering from something. Why Is Julia Haart So Skinny?

Julia Haart intentionally adopted the eating problem a couple of years ago. She thought of starving to “death” due to her family’s ongoing disagreement. She also believed that this type of demise was not as stigmatized as suicide. After deciding, Haart shed 73 pounds. She was exhausted both emotionally and physically.

Her kids were able to convince her at the last minute, and she was saved. At this point, the former reality star is returning to normal. She has been very candid about her eating problems.

She has openly talked about the issues that she faced. Julia is also very thankful to her kids for helping her get back on track and deal with her eating disorders. Even though she is still skinny right now, she has come a long way.

Haart is on her way to becoming healthy and putting on a few pounds. She is in a much better place right now and she believes that she can maintain good eating habits and stay healthy now. Fans have been showing an immense amount of support to Julia on all social media platforms.

Julia Haart Daily Routine And Eating Habits

Julia Haart has a daily routine that she follows throughout her day. She wakes up fairly early in the morning around 6 am and makes time to stretch and do yoga.

She gets her first-morning coffee while on the way to work. Julia enjoys her scalding-hot cappuccino first thing in the morning. However, that is her only breakfast in the morning until she gets her lunch at around 1 pm.

Her lunch usually consists of a salad or soup. Her best places to pick her lunch from are sometimes from Chop’t from Le Pain. She likes to eat light and she is very concerned about what she puts inside her body and what she eats. She loves to eat healthily and take care of herself.

Julia eats some fruits throughout the day and gets her dinner after work. For dinner usually, she is a fan of seafood and usually gets seafood boiled like crab legs and such. She loves a hearty bowl of seafood for dinner.

Even though Julia wants to make time to exercise, her schedule is so tight that she has not had enough time to put aside so that she can exercise. So, she makes sure that she at least makes some time to stretch and do some yoga in the morning to relax her muscles.

Haart is big on staying fit and watching their calories. Even though she has struggled with eating disorders before, she enjoys eating now and is trying to put on some weight in recent months.
