Bob Marley’s Grandson Joseph ‘Jo Mersa’ Marley Dead at 31

Joseph “Jo Mersa” Marley, the grandson of reggae legend Weave Marley and child of Grammy Grant winning artist Stephen Marley, has died. He was 31.
His agent affirmed his passing to Drifter on Tuesday. Jo Mersa’s demise was first detailed in a tweet by writer Abka Fitz-Henley, and as per WZPP Radio, the artist was “tracked down in his vehicle.” His reason for death has not yet been uncovered. Delegates for Jo Mersa didn’t quickly return Individuals’ solicitation for input.
Born in Jamaica in 1991, Jo Mersa moved to Miami at 11 years old, as per Drifter. He went to Palmetto Secondary School prior to selecting at Miami Dade School, where he studied studio designing. Jamaican-American reggae performer Shaggy likewise posted an image of Jo Mersa on his Instagram.

Jamaica’s State leader, Andrew Holness, additionally respected Jo Mersa following his demise. Referring to his demise as “a tremendous misfortune to the music as we focus on the future,” Holness, 50, added: “My sincere feelings to Joseph’s companions and partners and to the Reggae music brotherhood and fans all over.”
“May he discover a sense of reconciliation as we grieve his misfortune during this time of generosity when we celebrate with loved ones our adoration for one another,” he composed.
As per WZPP Radio, Jo Mersa is made due by his better half and little girl.
