David Bradley Carter is a film and TV actor, guitarist, painter, sculptor, and photographer, famous for starring as Charlie Lange in the crime drama series True Detective and as Leland Gruen in Sons of Anarchy.
Born on December 5, 1973, Fort Worth, Texas, United States, Carter attended Valdosta State University in Georgia, where he obtained a degree in Fine Arts.
Carter made his TV debut in 2007 by appearing as a gunman in the Western film Avenging Angel.
Carter also made guest appearances in “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Disney’s Zeke and Luther, Justified, True Blood, and New Girl.”
