How many equipment cards can a creature have?

Can you attach more than one artifact to a creature?

Yup, equip as many of them as you like. Note that you need to be able to target your creature to equip it. So cards that give your creature shroud (like Whispersilk Cloak) can get in the way of stacking on lots of equipment.

If the creature goes to the graveyard and then moves to exile, then it counts as dying. However, if it goes to exile instead of the graveyard, then it does not count as dying.

Deathtouch is a static ability that causes damage dealt by an object to be especially effective against creatures.

Can a sacrificed creature be regenerated?

1) Regeneration only works when a permanent is destroyed, or dealt lethal damage. It’s not possible to regenerate from a sacrifice, because it doesn’t use the word “destroy”.

Yes you can . Dying is a keyword that means going from the battlefield to the graveyard. This includes sacrifice.

Can I sacrifice a creature before it dies?

To fully answer your question, no, you cannot sacrifice a creature after it has been dealt lethal combat damage. You can sacrifice it right before combat damage is dealt, but it will not deal combat damage to the creature it was blocking, nor will the blocked creature deal damage unless it has trample and vice versa.
