Daniel Kwan and his colleague, Daniel Scheinert, are called the Daniels. These are film directors, producers, and screenwriters from the United States.
They began their career as music video filmmakers, including the well-known DJ Snake and Lil Jon music video for the tune “Turn Down for What” (2013).
Since then, they’ve written and directed the bizarre black comedy-drama Swiss Army Man (2016) and the science-fiction picture Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022).
The latter became A24’s highest-grossing film of all time, and the Duo received Academy Award nominations for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay.

Daniel and his wife Kirsten have a fantastic son named Gio. Daniel took to Instagram to share a photo of his toddler dressed as the Teletubbies for Halloween.
Gio, who was born on February 17, 2019, will be four years old in 2023. His parents affectionately refer to him as Goober.
Daniel released a video of his son taking his first steps in May 2019.
