Lesley Nicol, a star of Downton Abbey, has been crushed by the tragic death of her “fighter” husband David Keith Heald.
The 68-year-old TV and movie star, according to her close friends, is devastated by the news of martial arts instructor David’s passing.
The Downton Abbey actress wed David in 2007; they enjoyed a happy marriage and shared a home in West London until David’s untimely passing.
The actor, who portrays the chef Beryl Patmore in the Downton television and film series, has been in touch with friends who have spoken of her grief; however, the precise date and reason for David’s death have not been made public.
“I would like to confirm the demise of Lesley’s beloved husband David Heald, known to all his amazing friends as Da’arboth,” Lesley’s agent Paul Pearson said in a statement to The Sun.
