Diedrich Bader wife Dulcy Rogers is the writer of the TV series Caroline Rhea & Friends. Diedrich Bader married Rogers on 26 May 1997.

Bader hails from a family of decorated political activists and artists. He was born on 24th December 1966 in Alexandria, Virginia.

His acting career commenced in 1988 with the television film Longarm. Likewise, he debuted in television series in 1989 through Start Trek: The Next Generation.

Dulcy was born to her parents David Rogers and June L. Walker Rogers. Her father was a writer and lyricist, while her mother was a dancer and did comedy gigs.

In 2011, like her partner, Dulcy voiced the characters of Helen and Kiki in Batman: The Brave and the Bold.

Diedrich Bader and Dulcy Rogers first met in 1987. The couple soon started their romantic relationship and began dating.

Diedrich Bader married Dulcy Rogers on 25th May 1997. The day finally came for the two, and they settled and started their family.

Ondine Caolila Bader is the second child and the youngest member of the Bader household. Ondine was born in 2005.

She aspires to be an actor like her parents and wants to succeed in their legacy. She also shows a liking for baking and cooking.

When she was 12, she joined her dad at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards. The event was held in Los Angeles, California.

Ondine chatted with People and told them that Diedrich was a cool father and a great influence on her acting journey. She also praised him as a ‘great role model.’

Diedrich Bader parents are William Banks Bader and Gretta Lange Bader. William and Gretta married on 20th December 1953.

Father William Banks Bader

William Banks Bader was born on 8th September 1931. He was from Atlantic City, New Jersey.

His family heritage can be traced to a blend of Scottish and German cultures. William’s paternal granddad, Edward L. Bader, also has a background in politics. He served as the mayor of Atlantic City from 1920 to 1927.

Diedrich’s father completed a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College in 1953. He received a Fulbright scholarship and went to study at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

In 1960, Mr. Bader completed his master’s at Princeton University. He subsequently enrolled for Ph.D. and completed his studies in 1964 under Gordon A. Craig.

While he was in Munich, he was called back to serve in the United States Navy. He was in the Navy from 1995 to 1958 and retired as the Captain.

William became a part of the United States Foreign Services after completing his Ph.D. He was summoned to join the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relation in 1966.

Bader enjoyed his time in various political institutions. He was the deputy under the secretary of defense for policy in 1976.

Likewise, the political activist was made the Vice President and Senior Officer at SRI International. He was elected the Eurasia Foundation’s President in 1992.

The most notable highlight of his career was his time as the Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs from 18th November 1999 to 20th January 2001. He was called for by Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States.

He also has numerous publications to his name. His first publication was in June 1962, called “Oesterreich in Potsdam.” The last release from Bader was “The Taiwan Relations Act: A Decade of Implementation” in 1989.

Mother Gretta Lange Bader

Gretta Lange Bader was born in Germany on 25th May 1931. Gretta came to the United States to pursue her education.

She enrolled in Pomona College in Claremont, California. She graduated in 1953. Gretta and William met at Pomona College and later got married after her graduation.

Mrs. Bader then traveled to Germany to pursue her interest in sculpting. Her studies continued at the Academy of Fine Arts, Munich.

After that, the young artist attended Corcoran School of Art. She also joined the Rhode Island School of Design.

After finishing her studies, she began teaching at the Art League School and became the head of the Department of Sculpture. She served for five years, from 1984 to 1989.

Diedrich’s mom is a distinguished sculptor who has mastery in bronze portrait work. The sculpture of J. William Fulbright, Donald Ross, and Ben Bradlee are some of her most famed crafts.

She also designed 234 sculptures for the National Building Museum, Washington, in 1984.
