The homicide of Ebony Simpson happened on 19 August 1992 in Bargo, New South Wales, Australia. Matured nine years, Simpson was kidnapped, r$ped, and killed by suffocation when Andrew Peter Garforth (born 5 August 1963) suffocated her. Garforth confessed to the offenses and was condemned to life detainment without the chance of delivery.

Garforth confessed to the charges and was condemned to life in jail without the chance of delivery. After the police secured him, Garforth admitted to the wrongdoing and showed no regret during the admissions and lawful cycles. He was sentenced to life in jail in 1993 in the wake of admitting to the Simpson murder. Judge Peter Neumann declined to determine a period of non-parole, consequently arranges were given to seal Garforth’s papers “never being delivered.”
