George Magoha is s a Kenyan consultant surgeon, academic administrator, and technocrat. He also serves as the Cabinet Secretary of Education in the Cabinet of Kenya, since March 2019.
George Magoha was born in 1952 in Kenya. George Magoha has previously served as the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nairobi from 2005 until 2015.

George Magoha was later admitted to the University of Lagos, Nigeria to study human medicine and trained as a specialized urologist and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ireland.
