“He’s really been lost”: Joshua Bassett leaves fans weary after revealing he got baptized at controversial Bethel Church

American artist and Secondary School Melodic star Joshua Bassett has been in the news as of late for sharing presents related on religion and confidence.

On Monday, February 13, 2023, he shared a video where he is seen declaring Jesus as his “master and rescuer,” during a faith gathering at the scandalous Bethel Church in Redding, California.

The clasp, posted on his Twitter account, @joshuabassett not long before his immersion function, highlights Joshua discussing his quest for “truth,” asserting that it steered him off course. He is heard saying:

“Quick version, I grew up Christian and I ran the alternate way, to the extent that I could go, in quest for reality. That main finished in compulsion, discouragement, self-destructive ideation, dietary issues… No other educator gave me even close to the harmony that Jesus Christ did.”

Following public worry and tweets about the congregation, Bassett immediately separated himself and shared a reaction on the miniature contributing to a blog stage:

“I visited this congregation and ended up getting submersed here-I knew nothing about a portion of their strategies and convictions, and don’t underwrite every one of them. my heart is for Christ and Christ alone!”
