Although her character Mercy was a support hero, it was a fan-favorite hero in the game. Besides that, she also voiced for Cortana in Halo, Sivir in League of Legends, and many other roles.

Regarding her bio, Christiane was not active on various social media platforms. But the news of her death has been spread all over the internet, and her well-wishers mourned for her on their social media handle.

Lousie had also worked on TV shows and dubbed them.

Louise voiced for Helen Lovejoy in the Brazilian dubbed episodes of The Simpsons. Similarly, she also voiced Zatanna Zatara in League of Justice Without Limits, and Miss Morello in Everybody Hates Chris. She had been working as a voice actor and dubber for almost three decades.

Christiane Louise was found dead at her home on August 14, 2021. However, she was brutally murdered on 6 August.

A man has been arrested for the murder of Christiane, and the suspect is Pedro Paulo Goncalves Vasconcellos da Costa, 27 years old. According to the report, Costa murdered Louise by slashing her leg and her neck at her home.

They were friends and lived together as Louise supported him through his ongoing mental health crisis. They met in a psychiatric clinic in 2017. However, the reason for the murder is still not clear.

According to the authorities, Pedro confessed to the killing but claimed it in self-defense. Later upon further investigation, the killer was found to be assisted by his mother, and she remains still at large. 

Mario Tupinamba, a fellow voice actor, broke the news of her death on Instagram.  He wrote an emotional tribute for his friend. After the news, fans worldwide posted tributes to the voice actor and thanked her for her contribution to the gaming world.
