India declares state mourning on Sunday for Queen Elizabeth II

New Delhi, Sep 9 (IANS) The Government of India has decalred one-day state grieving as a mark of regard to Queen Elizabeth II, who died at the Balmoral Castle in Scotland on Thursday at 96 years old.

The public banner will be flown at half-pole on Sunday all through India and there will be no authority diversion program on that day, an assertion gave by the public authority said on Friday.
