Over the years, fans have mistaken Julianne and her older brother Derek Hough to be twins.

But the two siblings are just the youngest of five children in the family, although Derek is three years older than Julianne.

Julianne is a two-time winner of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. She left the show in 2009 but later returned after five years as a judge on the show.

Julianne is a three-time nominee for Outstanding Choreography at the Primetime Emmy Award, although she won it in 2015 with her brother Derek Hough.

When Did Julianne Hough Begin Her Career?

Julianne hit the screens for the first time in 2001, when she featured in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

In 2010, she appeared as lead character in the movie Burlesque, and took consequent lead roles in Footloose, Rock of Ages, and Safe Haven.

Julianne has also been a judge on America’s Got Talent season 14.
