Meet Charles Leclerc Parents Pascale and Herve Leclerc

Charles Leclerc is the second eldest child of Pascale and Herve Leclerc. He was raised in a family of cars and racers.

Leclerc’s father Pascale has raced in his days, driving in Formula 3 in the 1980s and 1990s. He died of a prolonged illness at the age of 54 in 2017.

The time when his dad died Leclerc had recently signed for the Sauber team. Leclerc would go on to win the feature race at the 2017 Formula 2 Baku event just four days later.  Nevertheless, his dad was an inspiration in the karting circles.

Not much is known about Charles’s mother, but we can widely assume that she is very proud of his racing career.

Charles Leclerc’s parents are Monacan or Monégasque. They are originally from Monte Carlo, Monaco.

This is the reason Charles is known as the Monégasque Racing car driver. He is among the likes of Louis Chiron, Robert Doornbos, and Olivier Beretta, who were also from Monaco.

At present, the racing star is contracted with Scuderia Ferrari until the 2024 season. He is the first Monégasque driver to win a Formula One race.
