Mn Champlin Peachy Yates’ murder news came after the investigation of the Fargo Police Department on Tuesday. Following the case, her husband James Nyoteh has been now taken into custody.

On Monday, Champlin Police discovered a dead body of a woman in the front yard of a residence on Thousand Pine Entry. The fatal murder case is now hitting social media platforms since the news broke out.

The officer arrived on the spot when they received a call at 9:30 p.m from a Champlin resident, who was found it was Peachu Yates, lying in the yard full of blood and unresponsive.

Upon their arrival, the officers attempted lifesaving efforts with the assist of the Osseo and Brooklyn Park Police Departments, Allina paramedics, and firefighters from the Anka-Champlin Fire Department, but they were unable to save her life.

According to police, the accused has been arrested in a fatal murder case of Peachy Yate. Reportedly, a 44-year-old man was taken into custody on Tuesday morning.

The culprit of the case was arrested when the Red River Valley SWAT team received a tip to investigate an apartment building in Fargo, North Dakota, authorities stated.

The law enforcement from various agencies was supported by a K-9 team from Brooklyn Park and the Minnesota State Patrol air unit in search of the suspect.

During the Investigation, the culprit’s car was found in neighboring Brooklyn Park. The local was not believed to be in trouble with the suspect as per Champlin police.

James Nyonteh Arrested – His Charges

The 45-year-old James Nyotheh, husband of Peachy Yate was taken into custody for further investigation on 29th March in Fargo, North  Dakota.

The Champlin Police Department is likely to withhold the defendant name until they have been conventionally charged for their crime. However, some internet pages determined to  release the name of the suspect after the conversation with the Fargo Police Department who has been arrested for this crime.

As per reports, James Nyonteh hasn’t faced any charges for a crime yet. The Champlin Police Department is continuing its operation in the murder of 35-year-old Peachy Yates from Champlin.

Where Is James Nyonteh Now?

James Nyonteh is now under the custody of the police at Fargo’s Dakota Park apartment complex situated nearby Essentia Hospital. He was arrested in a suburban Minneapolis homicide after a tip came on Tuesday morning.

Fargo Police stated James Nyonteh was taken into custody without incident. During the arrest, the renters of the flat t were cooperative with the Fargo Police Department as well as familiar with Nyonteh.

Early this morning, Champlin Police uncovered the name of the stabbing victim as Peache Yates of Champlin. Officials noticed Nyonteh’s vehicle in neighboring Brooklyn Park during their operation.
