NIA files charge sheet against 8 accused in Pulwama JeM conspiracy case

New Delhi, Sep 7 (IANS) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday recorded charge sheet under the watchful eye of an extraordinary court in Jammu in Pulwama JeM connivance case.

The case, relating to the trick brought forth by Pakistani fear based oppressors of prohibited psychological militant outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), alongwith OGWs, to execute fear based oppressor acts against security powers in south Kashmir, was at first enrolled on March 11 at PS Pulwama and yet again enlisted by NIA on April 8.

The charge sheet was recorded against Naseer Ahmed Malik nom de plume Moulvi, Imtiyaz Ahmed Rather, Rayees Ahmed Sheik moniker Jugpeer, Yawer Rashid Ganaie, Suhail Ahmed Khan false name Sahil, Shahid Ahmed Shergojri, Anayat Gulzar Bhat and Jahangir Ahmed Dar under segments of the Indian Penal Code and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Examinations have uncovered that the denounced people had given safe sanctuary, transportation and other coordinated operations backing to JeM psychological oppressors Aquaib Mushtaq Bhat (a nearby) and Kamaal Bhai nom de plume Jatt (Pakistani), who were intending to do fear monger acts against the security powers.

Hence, security powers had sent off a hunt activity in the space of Chewa Kalan, Pulwama in which the two psychological oppressors were killed after a gunfight.
