Sssniperwolf is adamant about not having surgery. She even took her Twitter to talk about all the allegations she received about the surgery.

Her nose, lips, and face, in general, appear to be significantly different back then than they do now.

She had a nose job, according to various sources. Her nose used to be bigger and had a bump on it, but there’s no indication of a hit these days.

It’s just wholly reliable and appears to be smaller in size. She did admit to undergoing cosmetic surgery on her nose, but not a rhinoplasty.

Sssniperwolf wrote about it in a blog post about getting a septoplasty. She has breathing issues and a deviated septum, and she makes it evident that there is no other explanation.

Sssniperwolf Transformation- Before & After

Although Ssniperwolf doesn’t admit to having surgery, her photos on media indicate that she has clearly changed her face. 

There’s even talk that she may have had work done on her chin. It is not sure if it’ll be plastic surgery or facial fillers, but her chin used to be a little longer and angular in the past.

You can notice her face sheet looks a little different in more current images or even in her videos; it’s almost rounder and less crisp.

There are also differing viewpoints online on whether she is all-natural or not. It’s also difficult to discern because Leah is rumored to Photoshop many of her pictures.

When it comes to Sssniperwolf’s transformation, she hasn’t made any significant changes to her hair or makeup. As we all know, her brows are a million times better now than they were at the beginning, which has undoubtedly improved her face.

Leah also wears contact lenses on occasion, which explains why she appears different when she initially wears her natural eye color and then the lenses.

Her hair has always remained the same dark brown color, which appears to complement her and is undoubtedly a trademark of hers.
