The incident took place back in 1980 when Helene was kidnapped by a man on her way back home and was brutally assaulted.

People while addressing the incident has revealed that Pruszynski was found dead the next day in a field with her both hands tied behind her.

Furthermore, she was brutally stabbed in the back multiple times after being raped.

Due to the lack of modern investigative technologies back in the day, the actual culprit was never found.

However, thanks to the efforts of some investigators, the actual culprit named James Clinton was arrested.

Clinton was living in Colorado under the name Curtis White at the time of Helene’s murder.

As of now, Clinton is in prison after he was given a life imprisonment sentence by the court.
