In an interview she gave to the Life and Style magazine, Holly reveals that from the beginning, she was unconfident about her looks but, her insecurities just worsened when she started to date Hugh Hefner.

Due to her insecurities, she decided to go for plastic surgery. When she looked at the pictures in which she was photographed, she felt her nose was big. She felt that to sustain in the industry, she needed to get her nose fixed so, she did her nose job in 2003.

Similarly, she was unconfident about her chest due, to which she did implants on it. The model further opened that when she was in the mansion, her insecurities got worse as she used to compare herself to the other girls present in the Playboy mansion.

Holly Madison was married to her husband, Pasquale Rotella. She dated Pasquale in 2011 and gave birth to their daughter in March 2013.

She married Pasquale on September 10, 2013, at Disneyland. Holly gave birth to her second child, a son in 2016.

Her marriage with Rotella did not last for long and, they got separated in 2018. While their divorce got finalized in February 2019.
