Tawa Ajisefini born March 7, also known as Monkele, is a fast emerging Nigerian actress and movie producer.

Tawa Ajisefini was born and raised in Osun State where she comes from, and the last child in a family of four.

Tawa Ajisefini begins her primary education at Police Children School, Eleyele before proceeding to Our Lady of Apostle Secondary School.

Because of her passion for acting, Tawa joined Ojopagogo film school where she graduated in 2006.

She played major roles in movies like “Opin Ireti” and “Okun Ife Yi” including other Interesting movies.

Before she became known in the industry, she worked as a personal assistant to fellow Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele.

Tawa Ajisefini got engaged to her husband on her Instagram page and they got married to Lateef Adedimeji in Ibadan.
