Victoria Spartz has dual citizenship. Victoria Spartz is a Ukrainian by birth and also an American by Nationalization. In Nosivka, Ukraine, then a part of the USSR, Victoria Kulheyko was born. Victoria Spartz obtained a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science from the Kyiv National Economic University before relocating to the United States.

At the age of 22, Victoria Spartz immigrated to the country in 2000. Victoria Spartz attained citizenship in the country in 2006.

Following the resignation of Luke Kenley, Victoria Spartz was chosen to represent Indiana’s 20th district in the Indiana Senate.

Victoria Spartz won by a margin of 20,100 votes, which was higher than her district-wide advantage of just under 17,000 votes, in her home county of Hamilton, the district’s most populous county.
