Mr. Lance is currently a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

He is based in the New York office, where he also serves as Co-Partner in Charge, a member of Gibson Dunn’s Compensation Committee. He is also the Head of the Real Estate Practice Group’s Hotel and Hospitality Practice.

Private real estate equity funds, corporate and individual developers and owners, and other publicly and privately held companies investing in or using real estate are among Mr. Lance’s clients.

However, she had used fraudulent financial documents and claimed that her funds were located abroad. She then applied for a $22 million loan, claiming that it was part of a larger investment for her ADF project.

However, when too many red flags appeared, Mr. Lance and the financial institution withdrew.
