Who Is Brandon Tallman From Vermont?

Brandon Tallman, 24, of Elmore, was charged with burglary and assault. After a fight at a Woodbury residence, he was arrested.

He may receive a sentence as long as 41 years and six months in prison if found guilty.

The younger victim, according to him, was outside smoking a cigarette when he heard a loud car approaching. The car pulled into the driveway after the younger victim waved at it to slow down. According to the trooper, the Jeep’s driver stepped out and started hitting the younger victim. He claimed that when the older victim attempted to halt the assault, she was thrown to the ground after the driver struck her in the face.

According to Velasquez, the older victim claimed the motorist attempted to slam the younger victim’s head against a cement block lying on the ground. According to court records, he also struck the younger victim’s head against a car’s hood.

At his parents’ Hardwick home, where police were attempting to apprehend Tallman once more, the suspect’s father took hold of an excavator and started swinging the bucket at the officers.

When a last-week attack involving large construction equipment turned into what should have been a straightforward arrest, Vermont state police were astonished.

Brandon’s father entered the cab of an excavator in the driveway and started swinging the bucket at the officers during that altercation.

For felonious assault, burglary, malicious mischief, and resistance to arrest, the troopers detained Brandon. His mother received a citation for obstructing an officer, while his father was also detained on suspicion of aggravated assault on a protected official, resisting arrest, hindering, and reckless endangerment.
