Georgina Callander was among the 22 victims who died in the Manchester Arena bombing.

On 22 May 2017, an Islamic extremist denoted homemade suicide bomb while people were exiting the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester Arena of Ariana Grande.

The bombing claimed the life of 23 people including the victim and left 1,017 people injured.

They have been deeply affected by the daughter’s death as they both wished it was them who was dead, not their daughter.

While Georgina’s father attended the Manchester bombing inquiry alongside his sons, the mother was unavailable.

As per the interview, she said being in Manchester brought a lot of pain, so she avoided being in the place where her daughter died.
