They revealed her name as Stevie and displayed a series of photos through the years. It depicted their physical and emotional transformation over time.

In the video, they showed the pictures alongside her name and the pronouns they used at the time. They went by the name Whitney in the beginning and used she/her pronouns.

As the video progresses, her pronouns are changed to they/she before she comes out as Stevie. She also revealed she is non-binary and will use all pronouns.

Their sister, Hailie liked her post. Their father, Eminem is yet to respond to her coming out video, but it is understood her family has accepted her identity.

Stevie Mathers’ family has a history of tragedies.

Stevie’s mother, Kim reportedly suffered from an addiction problem, reported radaronline.com. She attempted suicide after the death of her mother on August 11.

Fortunately, emergency medical technicians and law enforcement officers reached on time and saved her life.

She and Eminem first tied the knot in 1999. They divorced two years later, as per HITC. During their separation, she dated Eric Hartter and got pregnant with Stevie.

Their biological father Eric was a tattoo artist. He supposedly battled drug addiction and got in and out of prison regularly. He passed away at the age of 40 in 2020.

Eminem and Kim later patched up and he legally adopted Stevie. The rapper also remarried Kim in 2006 but broke up the same year.

He and Kim have one daughter, Hailie, together. She is his only biological daughter.

Further, Eminem also adopted another daughter, Alaina. She was the daughter of his ex-wife’s twin sister Dawn, who died of a drug overdose in 2016.
