DK Metcalf is usually seen in different hair colours during his games. Though he has not given a specific reason why he changes hair colour often, his fans believe it is part of his motivation while on the pitch.
Being coached by 69-year-old Pete Carroll is something he said has been special for him over the years.
In a podcast, he said Pete allows him to be himself. He added that “I can come in with different colour hair every week and he’s not going to call me out or say anything”.
On July 28, 2022, Metcalf and the Seahawks agreed to terms on three years, a $72 million extension with $58.2 million guaranteed.
