Anthony Grant, AP Coach of the Year 2020, is an American Basketball Coach. He began his career as an assistant coach in 1987 and became head coach in 2006. Grant has been a senior coach at Dayton University since 2017, and led the team to the championship.10 Atlantic Championship season 2020.

Anthony Grant was born on April 15, 1966 in Miami, Florida. He is one of two children born to his parents. He grew up with his older brother. After graduating from Miami High School, Anthony entered the University of Dayton to become a top eight in the NCAA.

Anthony Grant’s career as a basketball coach

Like other basketball coaches, Grant started his basketball career. But soon he moved on to coaching, and in 1987, Anthony began working as an assistant professor at his alma mater at Miami High School. He worked with the team until 1992, after which he worked as the team manager for a year.
