Cassidy Rainwater, 33, from Missouri was reported missing on August 25. However, she hasn’t been seen since July 25th.

According to the Authorities, James Phelps was the last person to see her. And, during an interview with law enforcement, he said that Rainwater was staying with him.

As per James, Cassify had been talking about moving to Colorado. Then, she got in a car in the middle of the night and he never saw her again.

Authorities are yet to confirm if Cassidy Rainwater, aged 33, is alive or dead.

The Missouri woman went missing on the 25th of July.

Two men, James D. Phelps, 58, and Timothy L. Norton, 56, are charged with kidnapping Rainwater. Phelps was the last person who saw Cassidy and he told the deputy that she had been staying with him until she could get back on her feet.

The authorities have not shared details regarding her whereabouts and are waiting for lab results to pursue further possible charges.

Cage Picture And Cannabslism

On September 16, a Kansas City agent got an anonymous tip about Rainwater’s photos and contacted detectives in the Sheriff’s Department. Later, they found seven pictures of Rainwater, partially naked and held in a cage.

The investigation is going on and a preliminary hearing is scheduled in Dallas County Circuit Court on November 5. Since the case is highly sensitive, the authorities have not shared details of the case.
