MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: The lamenting mother of Zackery Nazario, who was killed during “tram surfing” in New York City, is set to sue the Metropolitan Travel Authority. The 15-year-old Manhattan kid kicked the bucket on the Williamsburg Extension on Monday, February 27.

Norman Nazario explored the video on her late child’s telephone which showed nothing kept him from getting onto the J train rooftop where his head was hit, ultimately prompting his demise. She intends to sue the MTA for their inability to close off the train’s unfilled parts utilized for testing stunts, announced New York Post.

‘No cautions, no security, no cameras’ Discussing the recording Norman looked into, she said, “[The videos] show he has simple access. No cautions, no security, no cameras, no anything!”,” and added, “He had the option to get to anything in the trains, the vacant lodges, the train stations, no one [was] looking. I was so shocked.”

Norman expressed that for quite a long time, the transportation specialists know about the teenagers riding outwardly of trains. Be that as it may, they have put forth no attempt to go to preventive lengths or confine access.

Enraged at the specialists, Norman said, “Don’t misunderstand me, my child, he should not be doing what he did. Yet, they realized quite a while back kids did this with such ease. My child passed on. When are they going to follow through with something?,” and added, “Clearly I’m wanting to sue.”

Friends and family members gather to remember Zackery Nazario, the 15-year-old who recently died while subway surfing on the Williamsburg Bridge when he slammed into a low beam.

“[Nazario’s girlfriend] said the beam hit him so hard that she heard it.”

‘I will bring his remains home’ As indicated by New York Post, Norman referenced that she needed to talk about the conceivable preventive strides for metro surfing with City chairman Eric Adams.

Across the Williamsburg Extension, Zackery rode with his better half on the top of a northward J train. He fell underneath the train after his head banged on a metal pillar. As per police, when the teen was struck and fell, he seemed to turn his head back to check his sweetheart out.

On Friday, Walk 3, Zackery’s remaining parts were incinerated by Norman. She will be moving her late child’s remains to her family’s condo. “I will bring his remains home. I need my child in his room somehow,” Norman said. As per the MTA information, among January and May 2022, metro riding episodes saw an increment of 560%.
